This policy explains which personal data the Fujitec Tecnologia website processes, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

1. Who we are

Fujitec Tecnologia Ltda., headquartered in Rio das Ostras (RJ), Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website.

2. Data we process

Demo request form. When you fill in the form, you provide your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, area of interest and, optionally, a message. This data is stored in a Fujitec database hosted on Cloudflare, together with the submission date, the page of origin and your IP address, which we use for security and spam prevention. Only the sales team can access these requests, with a username and password. If the submission fails, the site offers to send the same message via WhatsApp.

Fujin chat. Fujin is an artificial intelligence assistant that answers questions about Fujitec. Its answers are currently generated in your own browser, and what you type is not sent to us. If the chat starts using an external service, this policy will be updated beforehand.

Anonymous usage metrics. To understand which parts of the site are most useful, we anonymously measure how long each section stays on screen, which tabs and segments are opened, the language, the device type (computer, phone or tablet) and the site the visit came from. These metrics use a random code that only exists while the tab is open and are not linked to name, email, IP address or cookies. If your browser has “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” turned on, nothing is measured.

Technical browsing data. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which logs data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, for security and operation. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use cookies or third-party tracking tools. The site only stores, in your browser, your choice between Site and Presentation modes, so it is remembered on your next visit, and the random code used by the anonymous metrics, which is deleted when the tab is closed. You can delete this information at any time in your browser settings.

4. Why we use the data

• To answer demo, quote and contact requests and prepare proposals (LGPD art. 7, V: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request).
• To keep the website secure and running, and to improve its content based on the anonymous metrics (art. 7, IX: legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, when applicable (art. 7, II).

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. It may be processed by providers that help us run the website and customer service, such as hosting and database (Cloudflare), fonts (Google) and WhatsApp, when you choose to send your message through it. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain the business relationship, or for the period required by law. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you may request at any time:

• confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
• portability of your data to another provider;
• information about who we share your data with;
• withdrawal of consent, when consent is the legal basis.

You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
